Represent Schroders investment strategies to financial advisors and intermediaries in partnership with Hartford Funds. Drive sales and retain assets in the Hartford Schroders products through meetings and calls with financial advisors as well as speaking engagements, including sales meetings, events and conferences. Responsible for wholesaler education with regards to Schroders strategies and serve as liaison between the Hartford Funds distribution team and the Schroders investment teams. Generate sales ideas and marketing content to support the Hartford distribution team in driving asset flows. Drive sales and business development in the Southeast region.

Responsible for the distribution of Schroders investment solutions including mutual funds, SMAs and offshore funds. Work directly with research and product gatekeeper groups at Financial Intermediaries to develop, maintain, and expand shelf space for Schroders’ intermediary investment strategies. Partner with the field sales force to promote these strategies and help them better understand partner firm initiatives.

Oversee the management and development of multiple fee-based investment management programs. Drive fee-based business by implementing business strategy and managing initiatives from idea creation to deployment, including identifying client needs, designing and validating concepts and developing business cases.

Liaised between partner firms and internal groups when creating and updating client facing marketing materials used in driving asset flows.
