Bill has 40 years of experience advising private clients. He joined UBS in 2008 after spending 19 years at Goldman Sachs (1981–2000) and eight years at Lehman Brothers (2000–2008). A native of Seattle, he earned his B.A. from UCSB in 1979 and his M.B.A. from UCLA in 1981. Outside of UBS, Bill previously served as a Trustee, including the role of Chairman, of the John Thomas Dye School in Los Angeles. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the UCLA Chancellor’s Society Cabinet Council. Bill has been married to his wife Missy for 40 years and they are the proud parents of their three children Ryan, Matthew, and Katherine.
