To Whom it may concern,I have been extremely fortunate to have been exposed to a number of the major components of the insurance and reinsurance industry in my career experiences.This has included primary and reinsurance underwriting as well as large commercial brokerage management and sales; along with large self funded claims management programs.Risk management of both a large regional Seafood processing organization as well as with overall management of an alternative energy construction company with responsibility for purchasing, operations and Risk management reporting directly to the CEO.I have made the top twenty and top ten in production with two national insurance brokers Arthur J Gallagher and Hilb Rogal and Hamilton both in stand- alone commercial and program business.I have successfully managed a branch office for 3 ½ years that needed a turn-around and steered it into a profit in less than 24 months.I am looking to move back to a production role in the insurance industry.I also could see myself within an organization that is looking for someone with diverse skills that wears more than one hat, but has the ability to see the big picture and provide succinct decisions and solutions.Basically I see myself as a problem solver as well as a manager of the sales process, as in my past roles and have provided my employers as well as my clients’ viable alternative solutions on a consistent basis.
