For 10 years I was Vice President and partner at Classic Innovations. While building relationships both professionally and personally, I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful people. It was during this time period that I truly developed my communication skills. I learned how to use basic conversation with both clients and builders to understand exactly what they want. Generate construction documents for the building of custom homes

I began my job here as "blueprint boy" which included running blueprints, filing plans and helping out in any way I could. Within months I was given a drafting table and I began drawing site plans, client changes and corrections for other draftsmen/ designers. It did not take long for me to realize I really enjoyed learning and understanding what it meant to generate successful home designs.
