1. Manage the City's Cisco Voice and Emergency Responder systems.2. Manage the City Security Key Card Hirsch/Velocity systems.3. Configure and setup Network routers/switches.4. Monitors and tunes Cisco voice systems and network routers/switches for optimum performance.5. Identifies and implements upgrades to systems and networks for compliance with city standards and policies.6. Serves as Security and PCI compliance team member.7. Monitors intrusions, malicious activities, and inadequate security practices on the City network.8. Performs daily housekeeping tasks including adding, modifying, and deleting users, groups, and objects for the Directory Service tree and/or other products in compliance with network security standards9. Provides technical support and systems administration for a 24/7 operation.10. Performs other or related duties as assigned.
