I have always had a love of learning and am curious enough dive into new opportunities. I am self-taught in photography and video and have had a fantastic experience capturing moments in time, both in my personal life as well as the many events i've covered throughout my photography career. I have had many years of experience in retail sales and customer experience in technology and telecommunications services. I believe that the customer lies at the heart of every company and that their experience should be a priority. Getting to know a customer personally and identifying any opportunities and solving their problems is something that i've enjoyed immensely.My current role as Commercial Analyst in Procurement presented itself a week before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Having to start work from home added to the already challenging task of starting a new role in a field where i had no prior education or experience, but it has proved to be worthwhile as I have learned a great deal about the business and developed my commercial acumen.I hope to continue learning in my career and welcome the challenges and opportunities that come along the way.
