Bill is a Founding Partner of Liberty Square Real Estate Partners, where he is focused on investment strategy, investor relations/fundraising, and the acquisition business. He has a deep resume of acquisitions experience and market knowledge having acquired $7 billion of real estate in over 80 multi-family assets totaling over 21,000 units. He has also acquired over one-million square feet of office and industrial/flex space. Prior to co-founding Liberty Square, Bill was most recently Sr. Vice President of Acquisitions with GID Investment Advisers LLC, as well as holding various other titles during his over two decades of time there. GID is a vertically integrated real estate operating company and family office with over 60,000 units and $25 billion in assets under management. His responsibilities there included the selection, due diligence, financial evaluation, structuring, negotiating and closing of acquisition opportunities. This also included the providing of joint venture development capital to the merchant building community. His market knowledge is based on a long track record of operating across the country including a vast network of brokers, developers, and institutional owners. Bill is also on the Real Estate Advisory Board at Battery Global Advisors (BGA). BGA provides customized wealth management within an institutional family office framework. He brings his expertise in advising the partners on all facets of their real estate related investments ranging from multi-family, office, industrial, storage, and development opportunities including opportunity zone development.
