He held the position of Senior Vice President at Hines with the responsibility for overall regional operations which included the property management, facility management, property operations, engineering, 3rd party consulting, due diligence for the Hines Canada, Hines Midwest and Hines Southeast regions for over 20 years. US Cities with major assets included Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, Orlando, Omaha, Nashville, Charlotte, Louisville, Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, Kansas City. Canadian markets included Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Edmonton. Bill, a senior executive with Hines has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
