Responsible for all functions, projects, and operations conducted in Indiana County Office of Career T.R.A.C.K., Inc. Accountable for management in the operational, programmatic, and budgetary development of facilities management and learning lab operations. Responsible for providing core, intensive, and training opportunities for eligible individuals including dislocated workers, economically disadvantaged individuals, and youth. Coordinate Individual Training Accounts with local educational institutions. Supervise eight staff. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and evaluating personnel. Act as liaison between Career T.R.A.C.K. and other local agencies, state partners, ect. Reports directly to Career T.R.A.C.K. Board of Directors

Assessed client's vocational skills and abilities, interpreted and administered standardized tests, taught resume writing and job search skills, and career counseling. Developed an orientation program for the Summer Youth Employment Training Program. Knowledge of Welfare to Work and Single Point of Contact programs as well as Workforce Investment policies. Developed assessment processes for local employers hiring needs.
