Reviews, assesses, and coordinates associated JT&E documentation (i.e., PMP, Detailed Test Plans [DTP], Quick Look Reports [QLR], After Action Reports [AAR], Test Event Reports [TER], JT&E Closedown and Transition Plan [CTP], Final Report, and Lessons Learned Report [LLR]) and briefings during the execution of JT&E project. Maintains frequent close contact with the Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) representative(s) to ensure awareness of all scheduled events including Joint Warfighter Advisory Group (JWAG) meetings, General Officer Steering Committee (GOSC) meetings, In Process Reviews (IPR), and briefings to JT&E Program Manager.

Conducted an independent assessment of four QRT nominations based on published JT&E standards (problem statement, OT scope, OT issues, proper use of joint and Service terminology, linkage to Joint and Service doctrine, and resource requirements) and provided a recommendation, on the decision to direct QRT, to the JT&E Program Manager.

Lead eight test planners in the planning of two operational test (OT) events of the Joint Methodology to Assess C4ISR Architecture (JMACA) Joint Test (JT) project including the final OT event. OT events included validation of the JMACA Methodology process, data repository, and software toolset.JMACA OT Event Manager; Directed the conduct and execution of the second JMACA JT OT event that was conducted in conjunction with Combined Joint Task Force Exercise (CJTFEX 04-2).
