Performed detail financial and operations analysis of local city in support of bankruptcy filing. Critical support activity was development and maintenance of financial model, presenting 20-year forecast of city's fiscal condition. In support of this analysis, involved in budgeting, internal service fund analysis, salaries and benefits costing, capital budgeting review and validation, and debt restructuring. Ancillary project was preparing response to department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General's $7 million questioned cost audit of CDBG expenditures.

Partner overseeing audits of government and non-profit entities. Involved in all aspects of audit, through and including issuance of reports. Included CAFR and Single Audit engagements. Managed specialty compliance audit activities as contractor to Federal agencies. Audits were for grant recipients, ARRA program project funding compliance, and compliance with FAR by suppliers and contractors to the Federal government.

Performed real estate assessments and appraisal reviews. Reviewed and verified third-party real estate appraisal as part of portfolio review for pools of commercial properties being packaged by institutions. Also performed in-depth analysis of cash-flows and portfolio return for pool of securitized residential construction loans. Analysis was to evaluate impact of open prepayment terms, as loans were paid on permanent take-out.
