MedVentures was a national healthcare services company that partnered with hospitals, outpatient centers and physician groups to eliminate the growing conflict between capital constraints and medical technology needs. The company's 12-month Technology Rental Program provided its client-partners with important medical technologies for which they either did not have the capital budget or that they wanted to "test drive" before making a long-term commitment. The longer term Technology Access Program was an off-balance sheet, capital free solution for capital constrained providers that included the equipment, service and upgrades, coding/reimbursement support and outreach marketing, all on a per procedure fee basis…with no minimum periodic payments and no procedure volume guarantees. As the founder and CEO of MedVentures, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the Company's business strategy.
