Bill is an innovative and detail oriented professional with over a decade of experience in public accounting. After graduating with a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Susquehanna University in 2012, he began practicing tax with a special focus on privately-held companies. During this time, Bill provided a wide-range of tax services with special attention to accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and IAS 12 and also financial statement auditing of income tax accruals. Additional focus areas included large-scale U.S. federal and state income tax compliance for privately-held, multinational C corporations and certain passthrough entities. Today, Bill specializes in the international tax space where he works with numerous global companies to navigate U.S. tax reform and the continuously-evolving international income tax landscape with multinational operations.
