-Increased sales through ongoing strategic plan management and business development tactics including expanded product offerings, improved customer communications, mechanization of business processes, and capital investments.-Oversee and manage all daily operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, government compliance, cash management and sales tax filings.-Manage all aspects of service department including management software solutions, customer relations, menu service items, diagnostic troubleshooting, and marketing.-Administer all human resource related initiatives including the recruitment of new personnel including automotive technicians.-Manage the development and continued education of existing automotive technician staff. Develop and enforce all continued education and certification procedures established in business policies. Organize existing and new employee training programs to ensure processes and procedures resulting from new offerings and technologies are properly implemented.-Direct all aspects of used car sales business including inventory procurement, inventory inspections and sales readiness procedures, advertising, facilitation of all customer relations and sales processing.-Administer and coordinate consumer-financing programs offered by the business. Develop and maintain relationships with various prime and sub-prime lending institutions. Manage customer applications and processing in coordination with lending companies, ensure that customers provide necessary information and facilitate processing of paperwork.-Initiate all information systems investments. Review new system options to establish compatibility with automotive repair service processes and procedures. Evaluate and implement information systems determined to offer favorable cost-benefit factors for the improvement of processes.
