Worked with key project partners to provide comprehensive coordination and oversight toelectrical construction projects under contract with Arc Electric.Accountabilities included: Preconstruction and Estimating - preparing preliminary costestimates, budgets, and schedules, soliciting bid invitations, distributing and managing bidplans and documents, analyzing general conditions, and preparing project estimates.Accurately coding job cost to projects, generating cost reports for profit monitoring. Creating,organizing, and maintaining files, composing business letters and correspondence.Reviewing time records for payroll processing. Preparing project schedules using software,evaluating schedule adherence, maintaining and updating schedules for duration of jobs, andcoordinating vendor site activities for schedule compliance.

Analyzing electrical systems including planning additions andmodifications on secondary circuits. Installing and maintaining motors, lighting fixtures,generators, circuit breakers, and transformers. Reading electrical blueprints and diagnosingand repairing electrical controls, industrial motor control centers, and programmable logiccontrollers. Isolating defects in wiring, switches, motors, and other electrical equipment.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an electrical construction company providingservices ranging from sophisticated electrical installations for commercial and industrialconstruction, to “in-house” maintenance for electrical departments and troubleshooting callson a 24/7 basis.
