I am interested in moving back into IT though I am currently working for ABB as a DC power technician.I worked at adidas Wearable Sports Electronics for 6+ years helping colleagues install and configure new equipment for testing and development of products as well as maintaining and troubleshooting their laptops, desktops, printers and conferencing systems.I was the point of contact for global IT departments in Germany, Portland and Canton to work through remote corporate IT issues and local infrastructure upgrades. I was the onsite tech for a switch and firewall replacement project and a server upgrade project. This involved a large amount of coordination and preparation with the IT department in Portland as well as labeling, rewiring and testing the connections after replacing the hardware.
