Accountable for the development, deployment, and management of critical business capabilities aligned to the overall Business Insurance strategy, including leading:- Business Architecture and Strategy practice- BI Product group, accountable for line product management and development across the division- BI Business Intelligence group, accountable for data management, informational delivery, and analytic enablement- Customer Experience and Digital - Distribution Experience and Digital Integration- Innovation- Business execution and delivery, including project management, business Agile practices, business analysis and testing, business process management and improvement, change management, and user experience design

Accountable for strategy and execution across Personal Insurance function, including: business strategy, portfolio planning and management, business architecture and analysis, program execution and governance, and business production support and monitoring.

Accountable for regional field underwriting, agent and customer service, and back-office processing. Accountability included employees both in the US and India.

Accountable for development and management of countrywide guidelines and processes, oversight and audit of field underwriters, and product development.

Accountable for leadership of strategic initiatives and product development.

Accountable for product development, underwriting rules and procedures, insurance contract and form drafting, and strategic projects.
