As the Manager of Office Services, William (Bill) DiClemente is responsible for a suite of services that deliver value to both business and corporate functional areas at Guardian. These corporate service functions provide operating efficiencies across the organization while delivering agreed upon customer service levels. The Office Services teams under Mr. DiClemente’s leadership include printing and fulfillment, physical records management, mailing, shipping and receiving and customer support, while overseeing transaction and activity in each.Bill joined Guardian back in 1982 in the contract and certificate materials department supporting Group clients. He was promoted to a senior management role overseeing the Office Services Division which was a nation-wide team of almost 70 people. Since then he has held progressively responsible leadership roles focusing on results and business alignment. His depth of knowledge and experience made him a natural fit for his current role as Manager of Office Services in the Enterprise Shared Services organization. In this capacity, Bill is responsible for the management of 36 associates in New York, Bethlehem, Pittsfield, Appleton and Spokane Guardian locations. He is also responsible for managing over 30 vendor relationships supporting Guardian, including outsourced records management, outsourced printing - post print processing, multi-functional devices, express mail, outsourced corporate mail supplier and other logistical services. Through process improvement, green initiatives and outsourcing, Bill has successfully led his team to substantially reduce overhead, matching capacity to volume while reducing the overall corporate footprint of Guardian.
