Project responsibilities : •Responsible customers: BMW/Daimler (stamping), ZF TRW.•Responsible purchasing part: Injection/ rubber/casting /tube bending part, project management and give some technical support.•Beginning of the project, coordinated technical review with customers, internal and suppliers, met customer requirements, collected internal and supplier RFQ, and provided reasonable RFQ to customer;•According to the customer time line, prepare APQP, PPAP to eventually Rame Up and SOP, in the client's approval and comply with them, coordinated internal arrangements for equipment, tooling, mould, materials, try out time, personnel arrangement, confirm project status about internal and suppliers , maintain good communication with customers ,report project status, reached schedule of the customer to complete the project.•Build project budget according to RFQ, coordinate internal procurement of equipment, tooling, moulds, materials, etc., pay attention to budget use, calculate actual cost regularly and finish the project within the project budget;•Coordinate with internal and supplier to provide qualified equipment, tooling, moulds, materials, etc., according to customer technical requirements; Coordinate quality, process to establish technical requirements and specifications, and provide the good part to customers ;Assist customers with VDA audit
