I would meet with potential clients and determine their specific needs, generate detailed proposals for completing their project, and complete the contract process. I would then produce a detailed timeline for the project, schedule all trades and supervise the entire job until completion. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, my goal was to produce superior results. Through my efforts, and the efforts of the other team members, we helped the company grow to nearly $3 million dollars in revenues, in less than three years.
