Responsibilities:- Data Centers: 2005 - 2022: Group manager at a $23BB global logistics corporation. Responsible for corporate data centers and campus server rooms. Data center properties included multiple Tier III designed facilities supporting production and disaster recovery server, storage, and network infrastructure. Team responsibilities included I.T. hardware deployment and retirement, facilities management, and vendor management for each facility. - Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW): 2010 - 2013: Led a team of 29 I.T. professionals delivering enterprise data and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting for logistics employees and external customers. The team consisted of EDW and BI Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers developing advanced solutions used by 300 branch offices and over 100,000 customers worldwide. Regularly collaborated with the CFO and business leadership to deliver value-add solutions to business and customer requests. - Disaster Recovery (DR): 2006 - 2010: Led the team supporting DR planning and testing services. DR testing was executed quarterly to ensure a high state of disaster readiness. Communicated to C-suite executives to address changing business requirements through organic growth and acquisitions. - Intranet Development and Support: 2007 - 2011: Managed the team supporting employee portals for 10,000+ global users in 300 offices worldwide. Collaborated with HR, Marketing, and the corporate Communication teams to evolve the platform for the dynamic needs of the international employee community. - Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): 2005 - 2010: Led the team to deliver high availability for the platform. The system enabled electronic customer orders to be received and automatically fulfilled to provision transportation equipment for each order. Level of Service agreements were in place with customers who drove the 24 x 7 x 365 availability requirements.

I.T. Infrastructure manager at a $19BB grocery distribution and retailing corporation. Responsible for the Unix technical services team which included hardware and software. The Unix team supported the server infrastructure running corporate applications including EDI and financial systems. Additional core systems supported included enterprise network firewalls and web application servers. Pharmacy store systems were supported remotely running pharmacy applications for retail customer order fulfillment and back-office requirements.

- Managed a team of Messaging Administrators supporting the corporate email system.- Project manager for the deployment of server infrastructure hardware for corporate applications.
