Everyday, I preserve the experience of both our internal and external customers.As an Assistant Manager of Talent Operations at Gap Inc, I am responsible for the hiring, training, and performance management of employees from The Woodbury Common Gap Outlet. With an attention on experience, my job focuses on maintaining engagement and retention through creating a high-performance culture. I also act as District Talent Expert to support area General Managers with the recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding of open leadership roles. The District Talent Expert also supports employee staffing strategies, best practices, and Workday expertise. I leverage my background as an Acting General Manager to exceed business goals by driving key performance metrics and creating memorable experiences.
