My responsibilities include implementing occupational health and safety programs for all employees and enforcement of jobsite and regulatory compliance issues. I am the safety and training program facilitator for all employees and customers. My other duties include: claims manager, incident investigator and quality control inspector on all company projects. 200+ employees

Supervise 5 direct reports Manage safety program for over 300 employees Interface with over 60 client contractors Compile date and records for OSHA VPP partnership.

Supervise Field crews installing Quikdeck product line on all commercial and Industrial projects. Create training programs, Edit technical manuals. Teach proper installation and Rigging in the field..

I currently coach field crews and customers on proper installation of TK Bridge Division products IE: Quikdeck, Truss and Space frame platform components. Coordinate and develop training modules to better educate end user and installers.
