► HOW I ADD VALUEThroughout my career in oilfield services, with a drilling contractor and manager/advisor with Schlumberger, I have gained extensive experience in unconventional resource plays, complex well design, coiled tubing, multilateral, HPHT, managed pressure well operations, fishing operations, product line development, technology integration and enhancement. As a pioneer in modern subsea directional drilling in the Gulf of Mexico for Schlumberger, I am considered a subject matter expert in subsea jetting, salt drilling and Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS). My experience spans blowout relief wells, sidetracks, horizontals, multilaterals, short radius and coil tubing operations both on land and offshore. I guided the successful synergistic integration of drilling tools from Smith Drilling Tools and casing drilling tools from Tesco Casing Drilling Services into the Schlumberger product portfolio.
