Applying Data Visualisation software (Spotfire) over internal Clinical Trial Supply Chain data to provide insights, informatics and trend analysis used to inform Senior Leaders and subsequent teams on their business activities. Visualising data via online dashboards allows teams to access complete, live and up to date data sets to better understand their performance, metrics and problem areas, leading to better informed decision making, process improvements and cost savings.

Management of clinical trial supplies for multiple studies. Collaborating with Clinical and Operations staff to ensure continuity of treatment for ongoing patients for the duration of each study by forecasting demand then maintaining supply through packaging, QA release and international shipping on a monthly basis.

Aligned to 6 Supply Chain Study Leads supporting them with the day-to-day maintenance of Clinical Trial supplies. Creation of packaging specification and orders, release documents, international shipments and updating supply plans.

Working as part of a small team to monitor stock levels of packaging components, safety & risk assessments, internal environment reports and equipment maintenance schedules.
