William J. Dwan is a decorated veteran of the Boston Police Department who served the City of Boston for thirty-five years until retiring at the rank of Lieutenant. Mr. Dwan was a Supervisor and tenacious Investigator in the Department's prestigious Drug Control Unit for approximately twenty of his thirty-five years before rising to the rank of Lieutenant and becoming a Shift Commander. He earned several commendations and meritorious citations during his law enforcement career from the Boston Police Department and other agencies - notably the Mayor's Medal of Excellence (2013) and Thomas J. Norton Investigator of the Year Award (2014). He founded Bullseye Investigations, LLC to continue his passion and dedication to the pursuit of justice for all.
