I manage a team of field service technicians covering a geographical territory, currently 20 technicians across 4 states. I am responsible for leadership, profitability and customer satisfaction within my designated Service Area. I direct the activities of the Field Service Technicians in order to achieve customer satisfaction targets and meet service level objectives. I lead, develop and coach my direct reports to ensure objectives are met and to fulfill future needs of the area and organization.

I provided technical support and training to our Field Service Technicians. I also took ownership of escalated service issues and resolved them either via phone support or onsite assistance. I worked with the Service District Manager to identify and resolve service and personnel issues. I worked with all departments on process improvement and methods to increase efficiency in field service operations.

Installation, maintenance and repair of all types of equipment serviced by CES. This included photographic processing equipment, inkjet printers, laser printers, automated retail equipment, computers and associated networking equipment. Also responsible for time and expense accounting, service reporting, parts accounting and company vehicle Maintenance.
