About Bill Eckerle

My experience is that of an entrepreneur. Twice in my lifetime I have had the opportunity to start something from the beginning. In 1991 I started the environmental practice at SEMCOR and with the help of a team that was formed to develop an environmental audit software product; we were able to go from $0 in environmental revenue in 1990 to over $3 million/year in 1996. In 1997 I started EHS. EHS did about $133,000 in revenue in its first full year of operations in 1997. Once we entered the SBA 8a program in 2002, our revenues started to grow dramatically. In the 2004-2007 timeframe they averaged ~ $3 million per year, and then accelerated to $12 million in 2008 and $22 million in 2011. My goals for the future are to continue growing EHS so that we may afford our employees and others new opportunities.Specialties: Random networking, obtaining Government contract vehicles, relationship building, employee development
