Economics continue to drive the property service charges with clients seeking assured annual costs for lift maintenance and repairs. This requirement forcost certainty has led to an increased popularity for a fully comprehensive (all parts and labour) scope of services. It should be noted that a consequence of the development of sophisticated technologies means that the older installed base becomes obsolete faster.
