Partner/Owner of DP1 Offshore Supply Vessels.Continually develop DML's organization's objectives, Quality Safety Management System, guidelines, policies and procedures.As a Member of DML's Board of Directors: Establish budgets, review profit & loss statements focusing on strategic planning. Review DMLs progress by comparing necessary financial information on monthly, quarterly and on a historical basis.Offer proactive, implement cost effective strategies and recommendations regarding DML's annual budget. Provide the necessary resources & organizational understanding to maintain efficient daily operations.Supervise and review daily activities regarding Human Resources, Marketing, Inventory control, Claims Management, Billing logs, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Machinery Management, HS&E, Document Control, Financial Statements, Purchase Orders, Customer Satisfaction from specific prepared reports.Determine dry docking facilities based on pre-determined work list developed by vessel crews, the vessel supervisor and top management vessel visitations. Monitor and manage associated time & material cost with a focus on minimizing vessel downtime & controlling associated cost.Supervise the shoreside support teams daily activities, negotiate day rates, contract terms as well as marketing and promotion of the vessels.Serve as the corporate liaison during industry functions, customer meetings, audits and presentations.Negotiate & determine insurance coverages on General Liability, P&I, Hull & Machinery, Medical, Long & Short Term disability, Dental, Longshoreman & Harbor Workers, and Workers Compensation.
