Bill Frame, Kidder Mathews’ chairman & chief executive officer, has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and continued growth, as well as financial oversight of the firm. He successfully demonstrated his outstanding financial acumen during the depth of the COVID-19 global recession. Prior to becoming CEO, Bill served as president and COO with responsibility for all business segments and financial oversight. He has been in commercial real estate for over 30 years and has served on the Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors, strategic planning committee, and numerous other executive committees for most of his tenure. He began his commercial real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield before joining Kidder Mathews 28 years ago.Bill holds the prestigious designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a member of ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, and CBA. Prior to Bill’s executive roles, he was a perennial top producing broker focused on corporate real estate, healthcare, office, and investment properties, and he has earned the notable SIOR Office Broker of the Year award. Before his extensive commercial real estate focus, his early career included his role as vice president of finance with Evergreen International Aviation.Bill has been an active advocate for cancer research and awareness. He serves on the advisory board of South Sound Care Foundation and he is the founder of the Frame Family Foundation. Through the Frame Family Foundation, Bill has raised over one million dollars for cancer research and contributed to organizations such as the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and the Care Foundation for Cancer Research in Washington.

Bill Frame, president of Kidder Mathews, has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1991. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 1993 he was with Cushman & Wakefield. He started his finance and accounting career 1986 with Evergreen Aviation. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).Prior to Bill taking the role of president, he was a top producing broker specializing in office sales, leasing, and investment properties with an emphasis in corporate real estate and healthcare.Bill is active in the community, and he is a member of the King County Board of Realtors and Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, and he is involved in the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Tacoma/Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, and Boys & Girls Club. Bill serves on the advisory board of the University of Washington - Tacoma Milgard School of Business, and he served on the Kidder Mathews board of directors for 15 years and participated in several executive committees during his tenure at the firm.
