About Bill Frey

I view my 2nd career in real estate as an extension of my investment management career, at Humana, PNC then mostly at BlackRock. As a portfolio manager of investment grade fixed income, I managed large pools of money to generate conservative, positive returns. Now, I am doing the same, only buying and managing real estate assets. The strong tax advantages provided by OZ legislation, combined with historic tax credits, make it possible to generate equity like returns, with more fixed income like risk. Although I never contemplated managing real estate for others, I take pride in helping friends and family generate conservative returns from real estate, while diversifying their personal assets.
