Accountable for construction on overlay and retain programs in Southern California market, interface with team leaders from external workgroups, oversee construction side of development workgroup, assign general contractors and construction management firms, meet, and exceed weekly pace numbers, analyze, and resolve project issues, expedite wireless network solutions, improve the coverage and speed of T-mobiles wireless network. Facilitates the movement of capital projects through such workgroups as Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Assurance, and Performance.Selected Accomplishments and Initiatives:• Oversees a myriad of high-profile projects and ensures that all project expectations are consistently met.• Program encompasses over 800 annual major site modifications, 247 annual new macro activations, 54 annual in-building activations, and 20 microcell to small-cell conversions.• Identifies risks to the deployment of network projects and proposes effective issue solutions.• Evaluates durations between crucial milestones to improve a solutions’ speed to market.• Supervises team of contractors working on specialized projects, which include small cell, macro new build, carrier add, in-building, and large venues.• Motivates cross-functional partners on project teams to drive projects forward, and consistently meets all deliverables to the business.

Responsible for contracting with construction vendors to perform equipment installations at existing cell and hub sites within the greater Southern California region. Duties included equipment installation coordination, interface with program managers to report project status, managing relationships and deliverables with third-party project management vendors, requesting purchase orders and approving invoices, and other related assignments.Selected Accomplishments and Initiatives:• Coordinated many successful installations during tenure in position.• Served as liaison between the following business teams to address issues: General Contractors, Field Operations, Real Estate, Architecture and Engineering, RF Design, Budgets and Inventory, System Performance, and Quality Assurance.
