Directed construction, operations, and maintenance projects at facilities in Mississippi, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, consulting with Kohler Company on large-scale projects to help grow and manage the portfolio. • Established a new Operations Division in Wisconsin generating an additional $3.6M in revenue• Established Maintenance Operations in Hattiesburg, MS, and Statesville, NC and Kohler, WI which increased sales from $900K to $4.5M• Completed a $1.2M project in Hattiesburg, MS (Kohler Engine Facility) on time and budget• Increased profit by 40%+ by changing key business processes
