My strengths are in helping organizations develop a comprehensive strategic plan, in the area of diversity-equity-inclusion, organizational development, campaign planning, leadership development, meeting and conference facilitation, building foundation partnerships, and coalition/movement building. My goal is not only to develop a specific are of work for an organization, but to follow up in the implementation of whatever we create jointly. My life experience has provided me with a profound approach to consulting based on social justice and equity, the essential building blocks for developing effective organizations.
