Thirty Years of Professional Experience in the field of Commercial Architecture. For the past Seventeen Years, William L. Gary has been the President and Owner of William L. Gary, APAC (A Professional Architectural Corporation). In addition to residential in Idaho and Wyoming, Architectural Services include the Design and Construction Administration of Classroom Wings, Libraries, Correctional Facilities and Industrial Buildings. Additional non-design Projects include Architectural Commercial Building Evaluation, Due Diligence Studies, Forensic Investigation, and Dispute Resolution Services.Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become an important part of the firm's workflow in the past several years. We have found that communication with the Client has been greatly enhanced as collaboration is done primarily through three dimensional visualization in all phases of design. Utilizing BIM, construction drawings are not an after-the-fact process of the building model, but a by-product of the three dimensional model.
