Gary, APAC (A Professional Architectural Corporation). In addition to residential in Idaho and Wyoming, Architectural Services include the Design and Construction Administration of Classroom Wings, Libraries, Correctional Facilities and Industrial Buildings. We have found that communication with the Client has been greatly enhanced as collaboration is done primarily through three dimensional visualization in all phases of design. Utilizing BIM, construction drawings are not an after-the-fact process of the building model, but a by-product of the three dimensional model.
