Decommissioning Planning Spent Fuel Management Project Manager responsible for driving all Spent Fuel Management activities for decommissioning including Dry Fuel Storage, ISFSI Concrete Pad Construction, Security Modifications, and refuel floor activities. Planning for these activities included developing high level cost estimates and developing detailed project delivery system process requirements using Entergy's Stage Gate Process.

Performed Project Manager, Engineer, and Installation Supervisor function for Uninterruptable Power Supply Modification, heavy lift rigging activities, and multiple HVAC modifications. Supervise daily HVAC maintenance and all site elevator maintenance and modification. Responsible for project startup activities such as: choosing appropriate contractors for specific projects, providing scope of services to those contractors and communicating with vendors during bid process, selecting vendor, planning installation work, engineering technical job aspects, running project meetings with all players to organize logistics of installation, testing, parts, deliveries, operations, engineering, and critical activities, performed daily pre-job briefs to discuss safety, job scope, and logistics, researched and set up required training for laborers based on job specifics, performed supervisory oversight in the field during installation activities to ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and work package details, worked with Engineering, Operations, and Planning to efficiently address emergent field issues, document installation completion information and work package closeout.

Independent Spent Fuel Strorage Installation (ISFSI) Responsible Engineer. Structures Monitoring Inspector for the Structural Maintenance Rule Program. Prepared/designed engineering modifications including heat exchanger, concrete, steam, water, and air piping systems, pump, valve, tank, and concrete repairs. Responsible Engineer for the Main Condenser tube replacement project. Performed acting supervisor roles and responsibilities. Responsible Engineer for seismic upgrade modifications. Modified piping systems to include additional loading and qualified the piping for seismic loading.

Landscape designer and installer. Responsibilities: Researched, designed and installed optimum trees, plants and shrubs for residential homeowners; maintained finances and tracked client records, organized/scheduled/planned advertisements, work operations, travel routes, and job safety procedures. I successfully managed verbal and written contract agreements with business associates for 5-years.

Team member of largest US environmental cleanup involving removal of ~250k cubic yards of Tri+ PCB contaminated river sediment. Responsibilities: Managed various land and water project assignments; enforced Zero Safety Targets involving awareness, protocol and adherence; maintained job goals, standards & specifications; collected dredging data and tracked into Primavera 6 Software; measured and documented test samples and material quantities; addressed and documented concerns related to quality of life and other project related issues; coordinated environmental/navigational dredging, debris removal, stabilization and re-suspension controls; followed local, state & federal spill containment procedures; provided oversight to inventory of navigational dredging with hydraulic excavators controlled by Hypack Dredgepack Software. Additional Job Specific Training included 24 Hour Hazwoper, NYS Boaters License, Defensive Driving and other safety related trainings.
