Production Finance & Budgeting for Disney Live Action

Oversee financial aspects for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures features throughout development and production.

Involved in the day-to-day finance operations of The Walt Disney Studios' live-action feature film productions. Works closely with the Budget and Analysis department, production accounting teams on location, Studio Treasury, and the Production department over various show related issues as they arise. Acts as liaison for compliance to Disney Finance Policy and Procedures.

Assisted the Brand Research team in market research by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data for Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney XD. Notable projects included refreshing a content analysis of kid’s networks, packaging a demographic overview of tweens to inform new content development, and assisting with a franchise overview of key properties for senior leadership.Evaluated and suggested improvements to consumer research surveys on original television and digital content, as well as contributed to research decks by updating relevant information and structuring the layout to be an effective and clear resource for other business units, including Ad Sales, Franchise Management, Publishing, and Standards & Practices.

Contributed to the Compensation and Workforce Management team’s process efficiency projects by improving TWDS’s contract reporting in SAP, identifying salary adjustment proposals, presenting TWDS’s competitive position, and building the compensation infrastructure for financial planning.Responsible for competitive market analysis of three departments within TWDS using external market surveys. Developed comprehensive reports from research into both presentations and worksheets for executive leaders. Ensured every benchmark project was well-documented, updated, and kept confidential.

Developed camp programs and organized entertainment with team of innovative staff for two summers and one winter.Created and structured new events, managed daily camp activities, and led over 1,400 guests in team meetings and camp recreation.
