Koolbridge Solar, Inc. is a North Carolina start-up that designs, develops, and sells innovative electrical products that allow solar energy to be integrated into homes and businesses more efficiently and economically, to reduce energy bills, and to provide greater supply reliability. We provide solutions that complete the communication chain from utility to "smart grid"​ to "smart home"​ to "smart appliance"​. After spending 16 months as Interim President and COO, I have accepted the position of President and COO. My responsibilities will continue to include the development of the business plan, go-to-market strategies, and commercialization of this groundbreaking technology.

Working with the executive teams of small and medium sized companies to help expand revenue opportunities by focusing on the sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction elements of the business. Interfacing with all leadership positions within these companies to develop a strategic plan that will result in driving incremental revenue.

Responsible for managing all revenue producing activities throughout Eastern half of the United States. Activities included managing a team of sales professionals, managing all elements of end user support, including technical service and programming support, developing strategic plans to penetrate a large end user base within the governmental, educational, and Fortune 1000 vertical markets, and developing and implementing the plan to manage the relationship with hundreds of independent dealers who resold our solutions to the end user base within the territory.

Provided Executive oversite to the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and M&A activities of this renewable energy company. Worked with all senior leaders of this company to drive revenue from a variety of market segments led by the electric vehicle industry. Traveled worldwide to sell and support our end user activities.

Built and had executive oversite responsibility for the Government Business Unit of this big box retailer. Created, executed on, and managed the business plan to sell all CompUSA products and services to the government vertical market. The plan worked seamlessly with CompUSA's core retail business plan. The government business grew from zero to more than $150M during the first five years and was growing at 30% per year going into the year six.
