Residential real estate sales. Operated business and trained sales people to provide a service above and beyond other companies and individuals. Proving that stellar customer service builds a business by operating with no advertising and only working referral business for the last three years of operation. Reduced efforts to gain masters degree. Closed company in 2008 due to economic conditions.

Group therapy: which includes teaching on communication skills, cognitive behavioral improvement, life skills, and others. Individual therapy for patients that are addicted to alcohol and other mind altering substances.

Teach basic driver improvement skills for state sanctioned school and course. Became master trainer, to train the trainer. School was closed for live classes, and operates only on web currently.

Teach basic driver improvement course, and develop school and coursework for real estate 40 hour post licensing class. Attained approval from state on course, coursework and testing proceedures to function. School closed, because marketing efforts did not attain enough traffic,
