I am a nationwide lender specializing in commercial real estate loans and Small Business Administration loans.I have been involved with commercial real estate since 1986.From 1986 through 1993 I worked as a commercial real estate agent in SanFrancisco leasing and selling properties in the South of Market Street area.I then took the knowledge that I gained from commercial real estate and usedit as a basis for my lending career. Since then I have been a commercialreal estate lender for such firms as Sonoma National Bank, Lehman Brothersand Wells Fargo Bank and learned quite a bit from each place.
