Next, a challenging West Coast tour with Steve Johnson and Jeff Meyers, creators of Meyers Group, Meyers Research and ZONDA..where simultaneously Bill attended Cal-Riverside's Gary Anderson Graduate School; and created the first time sensitive aerial based real estate development research tool and analysis program he called REDIA, his hand made version of the current ZONDA satellite based computerized version. As a result Bill successfully learned, indeed mastered and effectively executed the fine points of real estate development, via aerial based market analysis. It fostered a unique front end planning custom service he and crew used to serve a diverse regional, national and international clientele. After creating a number of scattered lot builds throughout Southern California, and the later in Pennsylvania; he met with Canada’s Norbord people while building R-2000 Viceroy Homes.
