Something you’ll constantly hear RPG consumers complain about is a lack of a definitive index in many products, or worse: the infamous “p.XX” reference. As part of the proofing process I can find these after layout (or before) and create an index for you. A rule of thumb is to assume a 3-column index takes 1-side of a page per 100 pages of text.
