Stratford School Addition and Renovation ($36.5 million - planning, budgeting, construction scope development and scheduling). The project design includes civil (street, driveway and sidewalk improvements), existing building renovation (new elevator, classroom re-purposing, ADA modifications and efficient lighting) and new 40,000 square foot building addition. Construction is scheduled to begin March 2018 and be completed August 2019.Wakefield High School ($118 million, 400,000 square feet – on time, under budget). The project was completed in two phases: (1) 24 months construction with occupancy in September 2013; and (2) the addition of baseball and softball fields, two press boxes and concession stand on top of 400 geothermal wells. The project final completion was September 2014. The main building contained 400 thousand square feet and included two gymnasiums and two pools. Additional Wakefield projects included the addition of bleachers and press box installation to be completed end of July 2014. A renovation and re-purposing of internal space ($3.5 million) completed during the summer of 2017 accompanied with the re-commissioning of mechanical systems ($400 thousand).Barrett Elementary School, a summer project, included a school mechanical systems change out, completed and commissioned over a 13 week summer break with all work completed by the end of September 2014, ahead of schedule and under budget.Thomas Jefferson Middle School ($10 million included a complete MEP change out with phased building internal renovation, including lighting, skylights, carpeting, windows and structural enhancements - all during occupancy). Project on time, under budget.
