Lead the qualification, certification, and performance assessment of next-generation building integrated photovoltaic solar roofs.Work within a cross-functional research and development team to develop technology platforms and solar products that deliver solar roofs of the future at a competitive cost.Lead and manage an engineering team responsible for determining, planning, and executing test protocols for the warranty period, outdoor field performance sites, and identifying relevant codes and standards for which the product should comply.Responsibilities:- support the delivery of solar technology platforms and products- pre-test products to ensure successful certification and provide design input- interact and collaborate on solar roof testing and qualification for the duration of the warranty- act as an expert / go-to person for all aspects of solar roof reliability and quality assessments- contribute to code and committee groups to aid in renewable code advancement- contribute to product improvement and report product performance in the field and in the lab- work with design and reliability engineers to track and resolve issues found during testing and in the field

Scope of studies range from fundamental behavior of tissue under exposure to various forms of energy and radiation to chronic studies for efficacy.
