• Lead manager for all due diligence projects throughout New England associated with property transfers and re-financing including ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and ASTM Transaction Screens.• Project manager for New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), Maine Department of Environmental Protection (MEDEP), and Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VTDEC) projects involving petroleum releases and hazardous waste evaluations including contract preparation, coverage authorization for the client through insurance companies or reimbursement programs, project and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, sampling, managing compliance with applicable state regulations and contracts, regulatory report preparation and project closure.• Complete oversight of environmental field investigations including installation of remedial systems, environmental drilling and subsurface soil sampling, and groundwater monitoring in accordance with low-flow procedures.• Knowledgeable in soil and groundwater remedial system operation and maintenance including soil vapor extraction and air sparge (SVE/AS) remediation systems, and groundwater treatment systems with air stripping and carbon filtration.• Experience conducting preliminary and comprehensive response actions including the removal and installation of underground storage tanks (USTs), performing emergency response actions, and performing compliance activities at gasoline service stations throughout New England. • Performed numerous hazardous materials inspections, managed sites with asbestos containing materials, and performed indoor air quality monitoring and lead screenings.
