In 2004 I became one of the first patients in Tampa to have a successful minimally invasive spine surgery. I had suffered with my spine condition for years. I didn’t sleep very well, I couldn’t play golf, I had trouble making it through the day & overall felt like I had run out of options to fix my pain.A friend of mine introduced me to a new innovative procedure that gave me hope. A procedure that promised to help me get my life back. I decided to go for it. Hours after my surgery I already felt like a new man ready to take on the world. I had felt so bad for so long that the relief I felt afterwards made me feel like I was 25 again.I was so impressed by the procedure that cured my long term pain that I decided to invest in the technology and launch a company with a goal of providing the same relief to back and neck pain sufferers across the nation.The success of the company was nothing like I had ever imagined. Shortly after my procedure I became the CEO of the company and later the Chairman of the Board of the most successful spine surgery practice in the world.
