Interested in using my experience and skills in Project Management, technical development and disputes resolution in the UK and abroad.• Leader of the Major Highways section of the WYG Leicester office and Design Manager for the A453 M1 to Nottingham Widening scheme having been the Bid Manager for the Tender. This Flagship ECI scheme is a Joint Venture with Laing O’Rourke and has a budget of £168m. In this role, I was the Highways Expert Witness at the Nov 2009 Public Inquiry. Previously, I was the Project Manager for the £127m M1 Junction 19 Improvement. • Recently worked on Project Management in Georgia on the Samtskhe-Javakheti Roads Rehabilitation Project using FIDIC and have also given Technical Advice on the Khertvisi – Vardzia road in Georgia. Worked in Albania on bid preparation for the Vlora Bypass and the Milot-Rreshen Dualling scheme, two major highway schemes funded by the EU, and on schemes in Saudi Arabia, Ireland and Egypt from the UK. • Operations Manager and Contracts Manager for PLaN , responsible for the design of improvements and maintenance schemes and inspection of highways including structures, lighting etc with a total budget of approx. £25m per year. • Leader of a team of Engineers and Technicians working on a variety of major maintenance schemes for the HA on the M1, M6 and M69 Motorways and the A1, A46, A6 and A47 Trunk Roads.
