Ecomulsion manufactures a third generation oil-in-water emulsion fuel from heavy refinery residues. The fuel is used in large marine and land based diesel engines and steam cycle power plants as a low cost substitute for conventional heavy fuel oil.

Provided executive level leadership and strategy for this start-up company covering first large-scale commercial manufacture of oil-in-water emulsion fuel from refinery residue at the Mazeikiai Refinery in Lithuania and establishment of the commercial partnership with Maersk for use of oil-in-water fuel for marine propulsion.
