Provides full time/interim executive leadership, advising and consulting to organizations in areas of strategy and execution, New Product Development, New Market establishment and diversification, sales strategy and execution, and IRR/CoO and value propositions. Notable projects: -Global VP of Growth (Fuel Sales, New Product Commercialization, New Markets, identify and configure new technology partners and Global Representatives=> establishments for revenue diversification for a global, industry leading technology company. Industries served include Energy (Gas, Oil, Wind, Solar), Water/Wastewater, Pulp & Paper, Pharmaceutical, Data Centers, and Semiconductor.- COO for cutting edge medical device company developing technology and commercializing solutions to combat COVID-19-Delivered a strategic assessment and tactical go-to-market plan for food, dairy, beverage and bio-pharma sectors including: competitive analysis of antimicrobial technologies; benefit and value proposition development; and royalty and technology license positioning; price point analysis and predictable revenue modeling and execution.-For "C/board" team, created a business development, and sales and marketing build-out plan encompassing: ▪ Industrial Markets targeting, strategic opportunity assessment tool ▪ Distribution and licensing partners evaluation methodology and go-to planning ▪ Product development and technical team management and client resource management ▪ Product development plan and tactical execution ▪ Client sales, marketing, regulatory and solution release plan- For N-profit orgs: strategy, financial and operational stewardship; chair/participant in boards and committees; capital fundraising leadership; project planning and oversight; investment portfolio recommendations; community outreach; contract vendor protocols/reviews; 501C3 transition advising and leadership; student scholarship program development; planning and participation in productions/shows/events.
